Corvina Veronese 90%, Merlot 10%

The Tempus is mainly composed of Corvina, to which a small percentage of Merlot from our vineyards is added. Its ruby ​​red color and elegant taste express cherry notes, complemented by hints of pepper and spices, typical aromas associated with our limestone soil. Harvested at the end of September, this wine is enjoyed while still young to appreciate its immediate freshness, while after a few years, the drinkability and delicacy, characteristic of our highland terroir, are revealed.

Aged for 4 months in oak barrels. Bottle-aged for 3 months.

Italian appetizers, white or boiled meats; ideal throughout the meal; worth trying with pizza.

Serve at 16°-17°C, remembering to open the bottle a few minutes before enjoying.
