Grape variety: Bianchello

Production and harvest: Average production 2.5 – 3 kg per plant – harvest at the end of the year
September.

Vinification: gentle pressing of the grapes, static decanting at
cold – white wine vinification with fermentation at controlled temperature, maturation on the fine lees.

Food pairing: Excellent with shellfish, fish and white meat.
