AROMA: This powerful Monastrell is elegant on the nose with aromas reminiscent of red fruits such as cherry, strawberry and black plum and a spicy finish.

TASTE: On the palate, it is juicy and fresh, with a pronounced, captivating body and a long, vibrant finish.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING: The grapes are harvested by hand into 150 kg containers which then spend 48 hours in our cold rooms at 8°C. The grapes are selected on the table, choosing only the best ones, then placed in tanks where the alcoholic fermentation takes place with skin and stalk contact for 8 to 10 days at a carefully controlled temperature not exceeding 26°C. Young red wine from a selection of vineyards remarkable for their altitude and soil type.

PAIRING: Ideal for spicy game, roasted lamb and very fragrant pasta dishes.
