“Molling Wines are not fooling you. They do not follow a stereotype or pattern. These are authentic, dry wines that express the truthfulness of all the work, from the vineyard to the bottle. Apart from the natural cold in winter, they are not exposed to any tartaric stabilization process. They can therefore form crystals.

The vines we work with belong to the wine-growing region around Remerschen. As I don’t have my own winery, I was given the opportunity to start my production in Niederdonven.
