Pink, like the petal of the rose. A festive wine that should be drunk without moderation, young, fresh, pleasant.
It is a rose, both in terms of color and aroma; in the mouth the beginning of autumnal sweetness to the summery freshness of ripeness.
Grape variety: Sangiovese
Production and harvest: approx. 2-2.5 kg per plant – early harvest at the end of August.
Vinification: Heat-controlled fermentation.
Serving suggestion: “Wherever a red is too much, a white is too much…”; particularly pleasant outside mealtimes. Ideal with brodetto, a fish soup typical of this region, and other fish soup specialties.
