Pink, like the petal of the rose. A festive wine to drink without moderation, young, fresh, friendly.
It is a rose, both in color and fragrance; in the mouth, the beginning of the autumnal sweetness until the summer freshness of maturity.
Grape variety: Sangiovese
Production and harvest: about 2-2.5 kg per plant – early harvest at the end of August.
Vinification: heat controlled fermentation.
Food and wine pairing: “Wherever a red is too much, a white is too much…”; particularly pleasant outside of meals. Optimal with Brodetto, typical fish soup of this region and with other fish soup specialties.
Serving temperature: 12 degrees Celsius.
