Gerhard Hofer, des vitrines, la presse :
Pia Strehn had this idea six years ago. At the time, she wanted to make an exhibition on the wines of Provence. She therefore tasted the best rosés and turned to the rosés from the south of France, sweet and creamy, aged in barriques. Pia could not resist. A tel vin also had to arrive in Deutschkreutz. It's been in the bottle for a while now.
And the rosé is just mortellement éléphantesque. For Pia Strehn, rosé has a perfume of aromas, of pêche and "of orange sanguine". And since then, I don't know which is the most bizarre for me: an éléphant de vin rose or a viticultrice who sends orange sanguine in her rosé.
Un rose saumoné clair. On the nose, an intense and inspiring fragrance of sanguine orange, pomegranate, bourbon vanilla and herbs.
