THE MAKING
A blend of our cherished Monastrell (50%) and Syrah (50%). Mediterranean style. Limestone soils. Carefully hand-harvested. Lightly pressed. Aged on lees in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months.
THE WINE
A Provencal pink. Subtle, bright, and clean with salmon reflections. Delicate floral and herbaceous aroma, with deliciously intense notes of strawberry and cherry. Crisp, well-balanced with good acidity, and a long, flavorful finish.
