THE MAKING
Half Monastrell from low-yielding vines over 15 years old, the other half being Syrah. Mediterranean style. Limestone soils. Carefully hand-harvested. Aged in French Allier oak barrels for a minimum of 9 months.
THE WINE
Deep purple-red. Fine and well-defined black and red fruits with a complex background of oak, pastries, balsamic, spices, and hints of vanilla. Smooth and velvety.
Alcohol: 14.5%
Serving temperature: 16-19°C
