Description
Corvina and Molinara
This wine takes its name from “Monte Pastello” (1121 meters altitude), at the foot of which our winery was born. We are proud to reintroduce, after years of oblivion, a mountain wine produced in challenging production conditions, yet rewarded by the great oenological satisfaction it provides due to its uniqueness.
The must is briefly macerated on the skins to extract the color, and then fermented in steel tanks. Aged in bottles for two months.
Perfect as an aperitif and with salami starters, with delicate pasta dishes, ideal with fish soup, seafood and fried foods, white meat and mild cheeses.
Serve at 8°-10°C.
