Description
Corvina and Molinara
This wine owes its name to “Monte Pastello” (1121 meters above sea level), at the foot of which our winery is located. After years of oblivion, we are proud to once again offer a mountain wine that is made under difficult production conditions but offers great oenological satisfaction thanks to its uniqueness.
The must is briefly macerated on the skins to extract the color and then fermented in steel tanks. Matured in bottles for two months.
Perfect as an aperitif and with salami starters, with delicate pasta dishes, ideal with fish soup, seafood and fried foods, white meat and mild cheeses.
Serve at 8°-10°C.
