Visual phase: Cherry-red colour with violet highlights, clean and clear with a covering layer and fine tears.
Olfactory phase: It has intense and complex aromatic potential. Notes of ripe red and black fruit appear, almost marmalade-like, enveloped by elegant toasty notes and plenty of spice, marked by a soft, creamy character, with a hint of pastry and cocoa. Elegant minerality in the background.
Taste: On the palate, the taste is surprisingly silky and round, very creamy with slight glyceric nuances. A subtle aftertaste of fruit and mineral notes. A very convivial, tasty and easy-drinking wine.
Pairings: Perfect with rock fish, meat stews, semi-aged cheeses and game dishes such as pheasant or partridge. Also ideal for chocolate desserts.
