Visual phase: Cherry red color with violet reflections, clean and clear with an opaque layer and fine tears.
Olfactory phase: It has an intense and complex aromatic potential. Notes of ripe red and black fruits appear, almost like jam, wrapped in elegant toasted notes and lots of spices, characterized by a sweet and creamy character with hints of pastry and cocoa. An elegant minerality is quite present in the background.
Palate: In the mouth it is surprisingly silky and round, very creamy with light glycerine nuances. A subtle aftertaste of fruit and mineral notes. A very convivial, tasty and easy-to-drink wine.
Perfect accompaniment: Goes perfectly with rock fish, meat stews, semi-mature cheese and game dishes such as pheasant or partridge. Also ideal with chocolate-based desserts.
