We bring our noble sweet wines onto the market three years after the harvest at the earliest, in order to give the wines the necessary time to mature, because patience is essential, especially with noble sweet wines. Noble sweet wines come from the vineyards where the dry Grosses Gewächse also grow. They represent the noble sweet top of the quality pyramid. Well-aged “Edelsüße” wines develop a nuanced intensity of flavour over the years that is unsurpassed by any other drink on earth.
