Visual phase: Pale yellow, clean and bright, with light grey and green highlights. Fine, persistent bubbles.
Olfactory phase: Intense sensation of freshness with pleasant notes of tropical fruit, balsamic and menthol.
Taste: This is characterised by a balance between residual sugar and acidity which, combined with the sparkling bubbles, gives volume on the palate and a long, lingering finish. Pleasant reminiscences of menthol in the mouth.
Pairings: Perfect as an aperitif or simply to refresh yourself. Ideal with salads, chicken, white fish and seafood.
