THE MAKING
Primarily a Monastrell (90%) from vines over 15 years old, with just the right amount of Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) to enrich its flavor spectrum. Mediterranean style. Limestone soils. Carefully hand-harvested. Aged in French Allier oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months.
THE WINE
A deep cherry red color. Intense and sweet aroma reminiscent of ripe red fruits, complemented by spicy and toasty nuances. Medium-bodied, soft tannins, something earthy, which pairs well with acidity and gains a certain creaminess on the palate.
Alcohol: 14.5%
