THE MAKING
Monastrell (50%) from old vines over 30 years old, Syrah (30%), and the distinguished Garnacha Tintorera (20%). Mediterranean style. Limestone soils. Carefully hand-harvested. Aged in French Allier oak barrels for a minimum period of 12 months.
THE WINE
A deep cherry red color with garnet reflections. Evokes ripe and luscious red fruits. Also, a spicy aroma with notes of pepper, cloves, and nutmeg. A highly suggestive combination. Sweet, full-bodied, ripe tannins, and a silky texture.
Alcohol: 14.5%
