BRIGITTE BEAUFORT Harmonie 2012 Grand cru

The HARMONIE cuvée is the meeting of our Pinot Noir vinified in Côteaux Champenois Bouzy Rouge and our Pinot Noir and/ or Chardonnay grapes vinified in white wine. Our desire is to find the most beautiful alliance of colors, aromas and flavors… This cuvée will magnify your sweet / savory dishes and your desserts with little sweet fruit! It is a very gourmet champagne, on flavors of sour cherries and licorice, with a chalky finish and style.

CHRONICLE OF THE 2012 VINTAGE

The harvest started on September 19th. A cold snap in February and then a spring with numerous climatic hazards made us expect the worst. Fortunately the weather was fully summery from mid-July until the
until the harvest. The Chardonnays took advantage of this and showed a rare quality.

Our “HARMONIE 2012” is nicely fruity, greedy and fresh.
