*The “Wunderland” wines focus on grape varieties other than Blaufränkisch, for which Strehn is known and appreciated. Here, it’s 100% Sauvignon Blanc, but not as you’re used to. The wine spends 6 months on lees, giving it a rich texture and a fine, chalky mineral depth. Fresh, bright citrus notes and subtle hints of citrus zest also come into play.*
