Grape variety: Bianchello (only the best grapes of the winery)
Production and harvest: Only in the best years from the oldest vineyard of the winery. Thinning of the grapes according to the uniform completion of their ripening. Harvested late. Partial fermentation in wood. Aging in oak barrels for more than a year.
Suitable dishes: Elegant accompaniment of fish.
Elaborate fish, white meat, mature cheeses, comes into its own on truffles.
Serving temperature: 14-16°.
