This wine grows at an altitude of 300 metres, which is dizzying for Burgenland, on limestone soils ideal for the grape variety. The grapes from the 30 year old Burgenland vines ripen on the sunny southwestern slope.
Equal parts barrel and steel tank fermentation - honeydew melon, pineapple and biscuit. Fine, creamy finish.
