This wine grows at a dizzying 300 meters above sea level for Burgenland on limestone soils that are ideal for this grape variety.
The grapes from the thirty-year-old Burgundy vineyards ripen on the sun-drenched south-western slope. Fermented in equal parts in tonneaux and steel tanks - honeydew melon, pineapple and cookie. Fine, creamy finish.
