Château La Croix St. Vincent was born in vineyards in the southern part of the Pomerol plateau.
It is made mainly from Merlot grapes and Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec grapes, all harvested and selected by hand. After traditional steel fermentation for 14 to 16 weeks at controlled temperatures, the wine is aged for 11 to 15 months in partly new oak barrels before being released to the market.
It has an intense ruby red colour. The nose opens with elegant aromas of red berries. On the palate, it is complex and supple, with ripe tannins.
This wine is a perfect accompaniment to main courses and game with a red meat base.
