Calcareous-clayish and silt soil with southeast exposure. Yield per hectare: 9 tons. Manual harvest.
Ageing Method
Refined in stainless steel tanks on fine lees for 6 months, with weekly bâtonnage.
Winemaking Process
Cold maceration for 12 hours at 10°C. After pressing, the must undergoes alcoholic fermentation at around 16°C to preserve freshness and aromatic intensity. The process lasts approximately 30 days.
