Serving temperature: 18°C
Winemaking: After destemming and crushing, a one-night cold (10°C) pre-fermentative maceration is carried out without pumping over. Inoculation of selected yeast strains the next day initiates alcoholic fermentation. Maceration lasts a maximum of 8 days, followed by malolactic fermentation and aging in stainless steel for about 8 months.
Tasting Notes: This wine offers persistent fruity notes that evolve with every taste, making it a stimulating experience. The entry is firm yet velvety, with a return of the red fruit flavors previously detected.
Food Pairing: Very versatile, it pairs excellently with red meat, especially grilled dishes. Its delicate, impactful red fruit profile makes it the perfect match for lamb.
