Description

STONEVIK is a natural wine created in nature by nature.
A blend of 77% Cabernet Franc, 19% Cabernet Sauvignon, and 4% Carménère, sourced from our vineyard where holistic, organic, and biodynamic practices are rigorously applied.
Fermentation occurs in toasted oak barrels using the Barroir method (with oak that has naturally fallen on the property) over the course of one lunar cycle.

The wine is then aged in handmade amphorae crafted from the same clay as VIK’s terroir.
A total of 7 amphorae3 honoring the universe and 4 the earth – are arranged in a mandala formation according to astronomical principles, simulating an electromagnetic field.
They are semi-buried on the highest peak of VIK Park (over 1,000 meters above sea level), in a sacred forest we call “La Roblería”, surrounded by centenary oaks.
It is there, every summer solstice, that nature gives birth to this exceptional wine.
