Description
StoneVik is an experimental line with variable blends (commonly Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Carménère, Syrah). The aim is to showcase terroir and texture rather than polished winemaking; expect amphora influence, minerality and an honest, sometimes raw profile.
Pair with wood-fire cooking, roasts or hearty stews.
Serve 14–18 °C.
Drinking window: generally immediate to short–medium term (roughly 1–5 years depending on the release).
Position: natural and exploratory — for curious drinkers who prefer characterful, unconventional wines.
