An oenological technique based on the use of technology rather than chemistry, this wine expresses the naturalness of the indigenous grapes and its terroir, without the addition of chemicals. Slow fermentation at strictly controlled temperatures produces a wine that is both light and explosive in its aromas.
With its brilliant ruby-red colour, it expresses a fragrant fruitiness dominated by cherry, characteristic of the Corvina grape variety, and is delicate on the palate with notes of ripe red fruit.
