Description

Dark red robe with violet highlights.
Pleasant nose of very ripe dark fruits: blueberries, blackberries, cherries, with notes of chocolate and hazelnut, subtle floral hints of violet and fine nuances of soft honey.
On the palate, very dense and ripe, with flavors of candied fruits: blackberries, blueberries, chocolate, almond, delicate notes of honey, strawberries and cherries – lovely sweetness and rich mouthfeel.
This sweet red wine pairs perfectly with game and lingonberries, but also works beautifully as a dessert wine – for example, with Kaiserschmarrn.
