Description

Appearance
Intense, bright yellow-green with a slight lightening at the rim of the glass.

Nose
Beautiful juicy fruit aromas: ripe green apple, elegant spices, notes of stone fruit, a hint of grape sugar, and refined vegetal notes reminiscent of elderflower and nettle.

Palate
Crisp, dense, and elegant with lots of finesse. Ripe stone fruits, pleasant herbal notes, a touch of white pepper, fresh minerality, subtle yet present acidity, harmonious balance, and juicy texture. Robust body, long finish with grapefruit and Golden Delicious apple.
