Le Quattro Terre stands out for its remarkable freshness and refined structure. It offers vibrant aromas of strawberries and raspberries, followed by an impressively long and balanced finish.
Only the first press fraction, the most delicate and least colored, is used—giving the wine its bright, pale hue. Controlled fermentation and 6 months of lees aging add depth, texture, and aromatic complexity while preserving its natural brightness.
Served chilled, it pairs beautifully with aperitifs, seafood, carpaccio, white meats, and refined, elegant cuisine.
