Description

Blue Collection is something completely new and inspired by our travels to the Mediterranean. With the Capri Edition as the first gin in the series, we want to bring the freshness and lifestyle of the Mediterranean directly to your home. Each gin in the collection is inspired by a specific place in the Mediterranean and is produced in small batches. Each edition is limited to just 1,111 bottles, but will be produced regularly so that you can enjoy it again and again.

The third edition bears the name Caesar Augustus, dedicated to a well-known hotel on Capri known for its distinctive view and delicious drinks.

The botanicals of the Capri Edition combine the best of the Mediterranean: white fig as the main botanical gives the gin a natural, light sweetness. Added to this are the refreshing citrus notes of bergamot, Amalfi lemons, lime and grapefruit, rounded off with Mediterranean herbs and juniper. The result is an aromatic, fruity, fresh and mild gin that harmonizes particularly well with Indian or Mediterranean tonic.

Limited to only 1,111 bottles per batch.

 

CAPRI EDITION DRINK RECIPES

CAPRI GIN TONIC
💙 50 ml Capri Edition

✨ 150 ml Indian or Mediterranean tonic

🧊 Ice cubes
🍊 Grapefruit slice for decoration


Preparation:
 1. Fill a tumbler glass with ice cubes.
2 Pour the Capri Edition over the ice cream.
3. add Indian or Mediterranean tonic.
4 Garnish the drink with a slice of grapefruit.
5. stir gently and enjoy immediately – refreshing and tangy! 🍊🍸


GIN LIMONCELLO SPRITZ
💙 30 ml Capri Edition

💛 30 ml limoncello

💫 100 ml sparkling wine
💧 Splash of soda (sparkling water)
🧊 Ice cubes
🍋 Slice of lemon and sprig of mint for decoration

Preparation:
1. fill a wine glass with ice cubes.
2 Pour the Capri Edition and Limoncello over the ice cream.
3. fill the glass with sparkling wine.
4. add a splash of soda to freshen up the drink slightly.
5 Garnish the drink with a slice of lemon and a sprig of mint.
6. stir gently and enjoy – the perfect drink to take your mind back to summer! 🍋🥂


FIG BEES KNEES
💙 50 ml Capri Edition

🍋 25 ml lemon juice

💫 2 tsp (10 ml) honey
🧊 Ice cubes
💛 Lemon zest for decoration

Preparation:

1. pour the Capri Edition, fresh lemon juice and honey syrup into a shaker.
2. fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously,

until the drink is well chilled and the honey has completely dissolved.
3Pour the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass or tumbler.
4. Garnish with a lemon zest.
5. Enjoy immediately and experience the wonderful flavors of fig, honey and lemon! 🍸

CAPRI SPRAY
💙 25 ml Quarantini Capri Edition

🍋 150 ml bitter lemon
🍊 Grapefruit wedge for decoration
🧊 ice cubes


Preparation:

1. put ice cubes in a wine/spritz glass.
2. add 25 ml Capri Edition.
3. fill the glass with 150 ml bitter lemon.
4. decorate the whole thing with a grapefruit wedge.
