Description
Black footprints on Sicilian soil.
Passi Neri (“black steps”) is a bold Syrah from Trapani, Sicily, named after the footsteps left by winemakers—and sometimes porcupines—on the warm clay-limestone soil.
With its deep red color and violet hues, it opens with notes of forest berries, blackcurrant, violet, and pepper. On the palate, it is powerful, smooth, and lasting, with elegant tannins.
