Tasting Notes
The 2021 season began with a perfect cool spring. Summer brought average temperatures but windy conditions, helping tannin ripeness without losing freshness.
These conditions brought great acidity and vibrancy to the wines.
Milla Cala represents the most complete expression of our terroir.

  • Cabernet Sauvignon: structure, tension, character

  • Merlot: velvety mouthfeel, silky finish

  • Carménère: rich and consistent body

  • Cabernet Franc: lively acidity, tannin movement

  • Syrah: smoothness and blue floral notes

Nose: Red fruits (Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot), black fruits and spice (Carménère), mineral hints (Cabernet Franc), blue flowers (Syrah)

Food Pairing: Foie gras agnolotti, mature cheeses
Serving Temperature: 16–18 °C
