Tasting Notes
This wine presents a Carménère in motion, expressing finesse from Millahue’s terroir.
Elegant and dynamic, with rounded tannins filling the mid-palate and delivering volume and layered flavors.
Cabernet Sauvignon brings structure—like a musical score guiding a symphony to its infinite finish.
Cabernet Franc adds tension and minerality with refined graphite notes.
The nose reveals black fruit (blackberries, prunes), spices led by black pepper, and forest floor aromas typical of Carménère, harmonized by a subtle mineral finish.

Food pairing: Beef fillet stuffed with goat cheese, pumpkin & sage gnocchi
