Rosé goes beyond the bottle; it represents the energy of the vines, the power of the grapes, and the elegance of a rosé blend made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Syrah, and Carménère.

7% Syrah
5% Carménère
Origin: Millahue, Cachapoal Valley
Soil: Deep, porous decomposed granitic soil with excellent drainage
Climate: Temperate Mediterranean with marine influence moderating high temperatures
Aging: 1 month in used French oak barrels (11% of the wine)
Tasting Notes
Harvest began in late February 2022, allowing each variety to express itself uniquely.
Cabernet Sauvignon gives structure and elegance with red fruit.
Carménère brings body, spiciness, and black fruit.
Syrah contributes floral notes and blue hues.
Cabernet Franc rounds out the blend with fine minerality and lively acidity.
La Piu Belle Rosé also showcases the character of our Barroir barrels, toasted with millennial oak from the Millahue Valley, imparting yellow and white highlights.
On the palate: peach, apricot, passionfruit, and mango.
On the nose: white rose petals as the final touch.
Food pairing: Toast with smoked salmon, ricotta, and olive oil. Poached lobster with beurre blanc and steamed vegetables. Paella.
