A golden white wine, both velvety and intense, with extreme character, with a bouquet of yellow peaches and herbs. Citrus fruits on the palate with light notes of vanilla.

Grape variety: Bianchello and Verdicchio

Production and harvest: average production 1.5 / 2 kg per plant – late harvest
with a rigorous selection of the grapes

Vinification: short maceration of the grapes, gentle pressing of the pomace, cold static decanting, white vinification with temperature controlled fermentation. Maturation in small oak barrels for 6 to 8 months and an additional 6
months in bottle.

Matching and serving : Elegantly accompanies elaborate fish, white meats,
matured cheeses, exalts itself on truffles.
