Fenico Rosato is an elegant rosé wine made from 100% Nero d’Avola, grown in Trapani Province, Sicily. A brief cold skin contact is followed by temperature-controlled fermentation and stainless steel aging.
Its bright, pale pink color is matched by aromas of watermelon and cherry. On the palate, it is fresh, well-balanced, and pleasantly fruity – perfect as an aperitif or with seafood.
