Made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and inspired by the French “vin de primeur”, this wine offers a deep, youthful expression of our terroir and showcases the purity and diversity of Millahue.
It reflects the cool Pacific winds, ancient coastal range soils, and a circular, nature-respecting winemaking approach.
Nose: Intense aromas of ripe red fruit (cherry, redcurrant, blackcurrant, raspberry), with floral hints of rose and spice.
Palate: Juicy and fruit-forward, with a round and silky texture, very smooth fine tannins, and bright, balanced acidity bringing movement and freshness.
Appearance: Bright cherry or garnet red with violet reflections.
Best served at 12 °C, perfect for immediate enjoyment or cellaring just a few more months.
