The harvest began on September 19th.
A severe cold snap in February and a spring with many climatic hazards left us to expect the worst…
Fortunately the weather was fully summery from mid-July until the harvest.
The Chardonnays benefited greatly from this and proved to be of a rare quality.
Our “AMOUR 2012” is full-bodied and has a long, saline finish.
